Our founder David was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The son of two entrepreneurial parents, many early memories involve helping run his parents’ businesses - working behind the register at a gas station or at concessions for a local baseball team.

With an outgoing personality and a never-give-up attitude, David found himself in the world of Commercial Real Estate. Seeing an opportunity in the market, he decided to carry on the family legacy of entrepreneurship. “Hunter Paul Commercial” honors both sides of David’s family, the Hunters and Pauls, who both played impactful roles in shaping his life and, now, his business.
