Prior to starting his own firm, David established himself in the local market by procuring an impressive portfolio of sale and lease deals while building long-standing client relationships through his proven track record of expert advice and honest communication. David studied Business Management and Analytics at Old Dominion University. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration degree. Today, David advises and assists clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate needs including seller representation, buyer representation, and consulting. David's entrepreneurial business background, talent for sales, and knowledge of the local market allow him to maximize return on equity for his clients. David is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He is also a member of ICSC, a community of professionals who are passionate about the marketplaces industry. David is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Virginia.
